Lost Package
For packages lost during transit, all claims must be submitted to avmmou@gmail.com no later than 2 calendar days after the expected delivery date. It may also be helpful to contact your local post office to attempt to locate the lost order. Please note that if tracking information indicates the order was delivered, but you believe you did not receive it, we will NOT take responsibility or resend the order. In this case, any replacements will be at your expense.
Returned to Sender
If the tracking information indicates the package was delivered to you correctly but was not claimed, unclaimed shipments will be returned to us. New shipping fees will apply to orders that were unclaimed or originally had an incorrect address.
