Privacy Policy of AVMM TRADE OÜ Online Store

This Privacy Policy describes the procedure for processing personal data carried out by AVMM TRADE OÜ, registration number 16775855, with a registered address at Saare põik 1, Kiisa alevik, 75503 Saku vald, Harju maakond, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “online store”).
We take the privacy of our customers seriously and comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as applicable Estonian legislation.

1. What data do we collect?
When making a purchase in our online store, we collect the following personal data:
• First name and last name;
• Telephone number;
• Email address;
• Delivery address;
• User’s IP address and technical browser data.

2. Purpose of processing personal data
We process customer personal data for the following purposes:
• Processing and delivering orders;
• Customer service (responding to inquiries, resolving disputes);
• Marketing activities (e.g., sending newsletters and promotional offers, only with customer consent);
• Analyzing and improving the functionality of the online store.

We transfer personal data to third parties only in the following cases and to the minimum necessary extent:

• Warehouse – cargo handling;

Please note that some of the providers we use (e.g. Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.) may be based outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, data transfers will only take place with appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Personal data is not transferred to third parties other than those mentioned above without your prior consent, except in cases required by law.

Customer personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, as well as in accordance with Estonian legislation requirements (e.g., accounting data is stored for 7 years).
After the retention period expires, personal data is deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with GDPR and Estonian legislation, you have the following rights:
• The right to access your personal data;
• The right to rectify your personal data;
• The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• The right to restrict processing of personal data;
• The right to object to data processing;
• The right to data portability;
• The right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
