Terms and Conditions of AVMM TRADE OÜ Online Store

These Terms and Conditions govern the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and return of goods purchased from the online store of AVMM TRADE OÜ, registration number 16775855, legal address: Saare põik 1, Kiisa alevik, 75503 Saku vald, Harju maakond, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as “we”, ” online store”, “the seller”).

1. Products
We offer products made of wood. Currently, our assortment includes wooden wall world maps. In the future, the product range may be expanded with other decorative wooden items.

2. Prices and Currency
All prices listed in the online store are final and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The currency of prices is euro (€).

3. Ordering
Orders are placed through our online store at: https://woodenmaps.eu. The customer selects the desired product, specifies its parameters, if necessary (e.g., size or color), clicks the “Add to cart” button, and proceeds to checkout. During the checkout process, shipping costs may be added to the product price depending on the destination country and selected delivery method. After the order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

4. Payment
We do not process or store any credit card information. All payments are securely processed through our approved payment provider. Payment processing complies with security standards and the legal requirements of the European Union.

5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier services such as FedEx, UPS, or other logistics partners across European countries. Shipping costs may be added separately during checkout depending on the destination country and selected delivery method. Currently, delivery is free of charge. The average delivery time within Europe is 5 to 10 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email after the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the entire order within 30 days of receipt by contacting us via email at avmmou@gmail.com.
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, you must send a notice of withdrawal by email to avmmou@gmail.com. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

7. Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality products and treating every customer with care. The buyer has the right to submit a claim within 2 years from the date of receiving the product in case a manufacturing defect is discovered.
An additional (commercial) warranty may not be provided, but this does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.
If you discover a defect, please contact us by email at avmmou@gmail.com. In your message, include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, attach photos. We will do our best to offer an appropriate solution — product replacement, defect correction, or a refund.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the actions of transport companies or force majeure. Also, the seller is not responsible for possible technical failures in the operation of the online store. In addition, the seller is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the goods.

9. Processing of personal data (GDPR)
We respect the privacy of our customers. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
