Refund policy

We hope you enjoy our product, but if it does not meet your expectations, you may return the entire order or exchange the wooden world map for a different color or size within 30 days of receipt.

Please follow these steps:
To request a return, send an email to avmmou@gmail.com with your order number and request. Once you submit a return request, we will contact you and provide detailed return instructions so you can send your items back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 days of receiving your notification. You will receive an email detailing the return process once it has been completed. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the item from you at our warehouse. This return policy applies to items received within 30 days.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• If the items are received in a condition other than their original state and without the original packaging.
• If the items are marked with labels not from our store or are damaged in any way.
• Our customer service department reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the original condition.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Delays in international delivery.
• Customs duties or taxes outside the European Union.
• We will not be responsible if your package is returned due to unpaid customs duties.
